This policy explains what information Foculoom LLC (DBA Foculoom) receives through foculoom.com, the Skiplet game, and direct email, how that information is used, and what choices you have.

What this policy does not cover
- Third-party sites, app stores, or payment systems after you leave foculoom.com.
- Device-level settings or privacy controls managed by Apple or other platforms.
- Any future product-specific data flow that materially changes this description before the page is updated.
What stays on the device
- Coins, high score, character unlocks, and language preference stay on the device.
- Game settings and progress stay on the device.
- Foculoom does not receive that local game data as part of ordinary use.
What the game does not do
- No account creation or sign-in.
- No third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or cross-app tracking.
- No cloud sync or online services run by Foculoom.
- No network requests during gameplay.
- No location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or tracking permission requests.
- No in-app purchases in the current version.
When Foculoom may receive information
- If you contact support, your email may include the details you choose to send, such as screenshots, device details, app version information, or a description of the issue.
- If you buy or download the game through an app store, the store may process transaction and account information under its own policies.
Deleting local game data
- You can stop using Skiplet at any time.
- If you remove the game from the device, the game's local data is removed with it, subject to device or backup settings.
- Support emails are handled separately from local game storage and may be retained as described below.
Website information
Foculoom does not use client-side advertising, analytics, or social tracking scripts on this website. Like most websites, the hosting and delivery services that keep the site online may process routine technical information such as IP address, browser details, and request information needed to deliver pages securely.
Support information
If you email Foculoom, the message may include your email address, the details you choose to send, screenshots, device information, purchase details, and any other information relevant to your question. That information is used to respond, troubleshoot, keep support records, and improve the quality of the website and products.

The current Skiplet privacy details are included on this page. If a later app or game introduces materially different data flows, the relevant product page or listing will link to the updated privacy information.

Retention
- Support emails and attachments may be kept as long as reasonably needed to respond, troubleshoot, keep records, and meet legal obligations.
- Routine website delivery and security logs are retained according to hosting, security, and operational needs.
- Skiplet local game data stays on the device unless you choose to share part of it with Foculoom through support contact.
- When information is no longer reasonably needed, Foculoom deletes it or retains only what must be kept for legal, security, or recordkeeping reasons.
Children
Skiplet is designed for children ages 6 and up. The game does not collect personal information from children. It does not include accounts, analytics, ads, tracking, or network requests during gameplay. All game data is stored locally on the device. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Foculoom through a support email, contact support@foculoom.com to request deletion.
California privacy disclosures
- Foculoom does not use this site for cross-site advertising tracking.
- Foculoom does not currently respond differently to browser Do Not Track signals.
- California privacy requests can be sent to support@foculoom.com.
Changes to this policy
Foculoom may update this policy when the website, products, or legal requirements change. Material updates are posted on this page with updated dates.
